NCBTMB Resource Center Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Information for NCBTMB Products

NCBTMB hopes you are pleased with your purchases from the Resource Center.  If you are not completely satisfied, NCBTMB products in their original condition may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a product refund, minus shipping and processing fees. NCBTMB will not accept any worn, washed, altered, personalized, or embroidered items. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Return postage must be pre-paid by you, the customer. Please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for NCBTMB to receive and process your return.

  • All Final Sale/Clearance Items
  • NCBTMB Certificate Frame(s)
  • Online Practice Exam Subscriptions (once activated)
  • Photos
  • Downloadable items

Exchange Information for NCBTMB Products

NCBTMB products are available to exchange within thirty (30) days of receipt and must be in original packaging. NCBTMB will not accept worn, washed, altered, personalized, or embroidered items. You, the customer, are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as providing NCBTMB with a pre-paid mailing label to mail your item back to you, once exchanged. It is encouraged to include your pre-paid label along with the item you are returning to avoid any delays in the processing of your exchange. Additionally, NCBTMB strongly recommends you obtain tracking information to ensure the delivery of your package to our main office.

Wrong Items Shipped or Damaged in Transit

If you received the wrong item, or your item was damaged in transit, call us at 1-800-296-0664 or email us at info@ncbtmb.org with your order number, name, address, and details on the item you ordered and the item you received. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately at no cost. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the return once we receive it.

NCBTMB Resource Center Vendor Return/Exchange Policies

For purchases including Resource Center Vendor products, all returns and exchanges must be handled directly with the partnering vendor.
